Anyone able to provide insights into an SVP salary at 3M? Total Comp - Salary + Bonus + Stock?

Actually only the top 5 have to be reported. All EVP, not SVP.
You are getting better at imitating my style. Still not quite right, I avoid obscure geographic slights.
She (AL?) got canned? Good. Vale brought her in and she was pretty bad at her job, another ex-McKinsey sociopath.
Bennett is not the brightest bulb in the box. But he sure is enjoying his luxury biz class world tour and ending it in Dubai. No lack of luxury and leisure there. His team has already cold shouldered him. Expect further problems from all those countries 3M did an Afghanistan on…
As a publicly traded company, 3M (like all companies of this type in the US) is required to disclose full compensation of its executive managers, which I believe includes the SVP level. Stop being lazy and get on the credible financial reporting websites to get this question answered. No need to rely on Layoff.com opinions.
The ASD president got pushed out? Was there an announcement?
Ask the asd president before she got pushed out. Only the sales bro vps over here can live forever!! Long live the sales bros
Thank god Monish is gone…he brought in a lot of these SVP’s in finance and gave them big package salary + bonus + stock. Totally not worth what they are getting. Chinmay is toxic. So many people have left because of him. He must be making 800-900k. I think that’s the norm for SVP.
Asraf has his one man entourage spend time making restaurant reservations during work hours. He then spends time perusing menus and changing reservations. True story! He was employed as a mid level auditor in Dubai at hp. Loves going there whenever he can. He was eventually asked to leave. So that’s the gold nugget we have… KC before him was toxic to the core. Used to stalk her team on fb. And this is a step down!
I was on the same Delta flight from ATX to MSP with Ashish once, he was with an entourage of dorks in suits and was in first class. Guessing EVPs get to fly first class if the jet is taken?
quite a few SVP'S getting a tidy holiday to Dubai Internet City, the innovation centre is going to be popular , fantastic destination and all funded thank goodness ,,
Star = asraf
Star loves to biz class travel especially Costa Rica, Dubai, Singapore. He even travelled to a “training “ in Malaysia! He loves fancy restaurants and hotels. An hour or two of work isn’t too bad either.
No wonders VPs keep traveling at the drop of a hat. It is like a fully paid luxury vacation!
Even during tight budget situations, when people had to justify buying common chemicals such as ethyl alcohol from management, VP and higher level folks were on travel quite frequently.
Makes sense !
Those numbers are close to what I've seen for total cash comp, but not including the two stock compensation programs, LTIP and performance shares.
Pay at the SVP level (L2) is set individually by the role, so there isn't as much of a midpoint basis. Also keep in mind that at that level most of an SVP's cash pay is bonus/AIP, not base salary.
The business-class travel perk is very, very real too and has been for years. Another perk they get is free financial/tax planning, paid for by the company.
Stupid Georgina, I forgot to add that the numbers are before aip.
Oh I can tell you. Stop being stupid and making guesses, Georgina and others. They start at around 400k and can go as high as around 700k. Compa ratio matters too. They also travel biz class. This is one of the most abused perks they have (asraf, the auditor, is well known to do that and had monishs blessings to do that).
Does that help?
Does anyone have exact numbers? I think we all should be baselining ourselves externally based on executive salaries. Titles at 3M are inflated.
More than they’re worth. Anybody can do those jobs.
Based on website salary.com
ESC group president took in $5.2 million in total compensation last year. For SVP estimates, probably can mark it lower by 20-30%?
