I try yo back her as much as I can, but some of this stuff she puts out there to employees is a place she should not go. I am less worried about her than I am the whole company going to this new Woke society. It is getting harder and harder to understand what is acceptable as an employee. It is like certain employees are favored over others and not because of their work.

Look at how she dodged a shareholder vote
Look at the zero pay rises or pay cuts these past two years then look a stupid VH's pay increase
