Any definitive date on bonus payout yet?

Not based on inflation at all. Based on market data to be competitive with other employers in our industry and on your performance.
Is the merit salary increase based on performance or simply inflation adjustment?
They sent a communication on 11/14/2022 moving the date to Mid-March from Mid-February. This was to combine salary and bonus planning into a single management activity. This is year two since that change.
Bonus used to come end of February, I believe they checked it to mid March last year.
@3qps, are you new here? Pay attention and you’ll see the pattern of bonus communication the first week of march every year and the bonus paid in the second week of march.
2023 books closed, 4th quarter conference call held, what is with the lack of communication on bonuses?
