Meanwhile on the outside of these purple walls the industry is thriving and we are stuck watching this dumpster fire. Time to boot the "financial" guys, ditch fiber and bring in some real tower people if we want to save this company. Crown is losing their relevance and the stock price proves it.

What are you blabbering about? Towers is the only reason that company can turn on the lights. The Towers org leader su-ked, but that has nothing to do with the PD teams working hundreds of apps at a time/team. You go to work and do what you do. How is SC and Fiber doing? All of this is moot anyway. If you're working just be happy that the CCI EMT doesn't understand the benefit of integrating enterprise level AI.

Of the customers were smart they would use other fiber providers that are experienced. They won't because they are chasing dollars which lose money long term.
@3pwp+1oC69a3h, as soon as that customer that we stole from Zayo sees what a clown show we are, they’ll be running to Verizon and gladly pay whatever Verizon asks for.
Towers folks are old news.
@3oaz+1oC69a3h You obiously don't know about the projects we're stealing away from Zayo because they have been unable to deliver for a huge customer. Heard it directly from the customer.
@3sbg+1oC69a3h What huge fiber projects? Every national account that we have competed for went to either AT&T, Verizon or Centurylink. Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Home Depot etc, all went to AT&T. Several others national accounts were awarded to other carriers. The main reason we lost out on those bids per the customer……… we aren’t a proven service provider. That’s a nice way of saying our fiber folks are clueless about the business.
Again, CC is not just building Towers/SC/Fixed Wireless anymore. There are huge projects on Fiber / Enterprise side that Towers/SC folk just can not deliver on.
Believe me, the fiber side of crown is just as clueless as the tower side. Why do you think Zayo and Uniti better than we are? AT&T and Tilson have been putting putting up 4 small cell poles each for every one pole that Crown placing. Yeah that’s right….. Tilson is now in the small cell pole leasing game and beating us at it. So much for Network knowing what they’re doing.

Plain and simple...Towers folk don't know fiber. The projects that are at Fiber and Network's doorstep need to be handled by teams that actually know what they are doing. We all know what Towers folk did or didn't do...
The industry isn't thriving, every company in the industry is laying off?
Towers folk cant take CC in the direction CC is pivoting. Towers people just know towers and obviously not good at it either. Which begs the question as to why Towers people keep on being brought over to the Fiber side. Its times like this when the old regime needs to be put out to pasture. Don’t spread the illness around!
People are laughing at Crown all over the industry for quite some time now, well known they are fiscally over-leveraged and have poor cult-like Executive Management.
