That's not true. There are people in the wheel house and in the crows nest, fully incompetent people, and the stock price reflects it.

WOKE=Giving a real world ADVANTAGE to a PERCEIVED DISADVANTAGE because of a "PERSON's" gender, race, religion, culture, including skin color in a "competitive situation" which "capitalism" remains, irrespective of ongoing MERIT qualifying that person to be better at or for the job.
That's my best shot for defining WOKE today. Lumen is seemingly becoming the POSTER CHILD for this from this investor's perspective.
It's a social experiment yet to be fully defined as far as its ultimate effects on a business, but Lumen at least through the lens of its stock price today, continues to be seen as a candidate for ReOrg since investors continue shunning the idea providing it with "no quarter" or forgiveness as part of implementing this strategy, since the "competitive numbers" it continues to display are a disastrous reminder of under performance along with value destruction comprised of losers vs. winners.
P.S. Even Kate buying 1.75MM shares part of owning nearly one percent of the Company is NOT assisting Wall Street and their minion to take favorable notice as is "typical."

I do not see any Form-4 filings for KJ 1mil shares on May 6. You have a link?
KJ bought 750k a few days ago.
The stock will swing between $0.90 and $1.99 for next two years so there is plenty of opportunity to make money in that range for both day traders and shorts. There is nothing Lumen is doing that will justify a breakout past $2.

Maxine will be gone soon too. Her legacy does not fit within the sinking boat. Maxine would be smart to rob the money and run. Legacy services and legacy people are all being sold or deleted in an effort to position a sale of Lumen. There is another RIF coming.
