Thread regarding Belk layoffs

Knock knock!! Hello!!

The effectiveness of relying on reflexes for scheduling personnel should be reassessed. Running a company without adequate hours is untenable, and workload planning is far from ideal when there are no dedicated store hours to support it.

The stupid question will have a lot of stupid replies right here. Why are we angry with a dirty pathetic retail company with no passion and money hungry like this. It is your own life that Belk is hurting and laugh about you that why don’t you work in other positive or happy places? They know you need the cash to live and feed your your poor families so they own you 24/7. If you are caring about this Belk and improve it soon you have more luck to get free cheap Bible from Belk stores when you open a reward cards with them. Beware of fake cheap dirty Belk top executives in sheep suits and flashy clothings but pretending to be many fake wolves! Happy Easter you lost souls at Belk!

We were told that the Reflexis generated schedule cannot be changed by store managers anymore. If a store manager changes a schedule (unless an error occurred) they will be written up.

Oh geesh…..everyone hopefully understands what’s going on here? Sycamore partners is currently afraid to file bankruptcy with Belk or close stores, mainly because associates, managers, customers and executives (both current and former) have predicted a play by play outlook of what will happen to Belk. It started in 2016 and reached its peak in 2020-2021 with the pandemic. believe it or not, even this rinky di-k layoff.com webpage has created quite a stir. Sycamore also does not want to damage future investment opportunities by having a reputation of being a dirty, slimy private equity firm. But some say it’s too late, virtually everything Sycamore partners touches ends up in trouble. From cutting staff, to complete bankruptcy, Sycamore owned companies always turn out bad.

Welcome to a company that is struggling to create a illusion of control. The changes that they are making with scheduling are so stupid that they are going to lose the few people left that care about doing a good job. Big red flag when a company no longer cares that the majority of customers are leaving unhappy. And we all know that they have never cared about the associates.
