This just got pushed out by my leadership.
"Below info applies to each of you and every member of your team. Please determine the best option for passing along to team members and providing assistance in completion.
Talent Cards (created from Workday Career Tab info) will be used during upcoming employee discovery sessions with ExxonMobil. It is suggested, but totally voluntary, that each department team member review career tabs and update information as necessary. Talent Cards will be used to aid in conversations with ExxonMobil and resumes will not be collected.
A few notes:
• Career Tab sections that I view most significant: Job History, Education, Certifications, Skills.
• Job History, under Career Tab, is likely not current for Pioneer roles and may not contain accurate job history prior to Pioneer. Per HR – this cannot be automatically populated from Workday data.
• Please ensure team member adds job specific certifications and education. There may be more, but I’m thinking about Fleet Mechanics, Physical Security, Public Water System.
• Employee discovery sessions have not been scheduled for our team but could pop up with limited notice. Cards must be ready 2 to 3 business days before discovery session. With unknown time, please move this forward quickly.
Directions to update career tab in Workday.
To update your Career tab in Workday, click on your picture on the top right of your screen and then click on View Profile. Next, click on the Career tab on the bottom left. Then click on the tabs at the top of the page. That’s where you can update your competencies, job history, education, skills and some other items. Make sure that you add any job history prior to 2017, if it is not already updated. "
I imagine everyone's leadership pushed it out, but just in case. If you already completed, good for you and for God's sake, please leave Poke Bowls out of this.
Also, budgets should be pushed out after the board meeting next week. Not a bad time to get your leadership to pay for an industry certification course.
