@6ptx+1uC3vmT3 you just described my current situation almost to the T. I just got an offer from another company, with a 20% bump. I do feel sad about leaving my coworkers and manager, but the overall company and its culture is just unbearable. This company promotes and motivates the boot lickers, regardless of how many times they sc--w up, but rewards the top performers with more work and a few crumbles. I will miss the benefits, some of them are incredible, but they are not worth my career becoming stale and my mental health getting thrown to a pile of garbage. The grass may not be greener on the other side, but it's worth the shot.

I'm looking for a new job anyway, they don't have to "convince me" to leave cutting work from home. At the moment I'm a top performer doing the job of 2 people (literally), but their last pay rise was far below inflation. They said we had great results last year, but when you ask for a pay rise they show you their empty pockets and cry that there is no budget or give you a few coins. And I'm even a "lucky" one, because many are paid far less then me in similar positions. I don't dislike the people I work with actually, my manager is wonderful and his manager is wonderful too, it's just this Company that smells from the head...

What if you have attractive coworkers?
They don’t have enough office space for full 5-day.
Just a easy way to lay people off and not hire again without paying the package.
