@375 There is a consistent pattern of creating unnecessary and overlapping workstreams that add complexity without delivering meaningful outcomes.

More concerning is the lack of accountability. Deliverables are not being tracked with any rigor, deadlines are routinely missed without consequence, and there is little to no ownership within the team. Execution has become inconsistent and unreliable.

This is not an isolated incident. The current lead has a track record of failing to deliver meaningful outcomes in previous roles, and the same patterns are now repeating here.

@375 I mean makes sense just doesn’t make sense to have two offices. Make it one or the other city , not both .

@2h9 no waaay LA is closing. Bjoern is so clear that he needs Americans to deliver the NAM growth. If anything, they will get more autonomy. My prediction is that they will copy the China model, and the whole creation center will report to NAM.

Are they pulling the role back to Herzo or finally closing LA? That office is beyond expensive and wondering when things will finally consolidate again

Newer heights? It’s at its all time peak.

TS took it from the basement to the ceiling

Nothing lasts forever. Congratulations TS. Leaving at the top. Tough act to follow once samba gazelle etc go out of fashion

We need someone with hunger and ambition to take Originals to newer heights. Torben is not that. He was a big enabler of the whole Yeezy saga.
