HR was actually too nervous to post the numbers for those regions. Honestly, I don't want to waste my time on it. Plus, if I did take it, my responses would just look like an outlier anyway.

hard to say what will really change based on shape results.
but the survey seems to have left a mark somewhere..
@310 Does the survey results ever lead to any changes/actions or they just measure the mood and leave it there.
shape results are out and they show a 10pct decrese in employee engagement index.
issues identified:
- lack of clarity wrt strategy, restructuring, org changes.
- employee fatigue due to org instability and workload
- need for more communication and transparency due to low confidence
pretty much dead on as far as I can tell.
@ve Can't wait for management to share the survey results. This is going to be awesome.
Me boycotting it is already answering the survey. Nothing changes after years.
@jn congratulations the HR now knows about your mommy issues.
I did it too. I do rate my manager well but rate the overall company very low.
@jc Stay strong. I was brutally honest too, and I am actively looking to find my way out as my morale as shot. I actually found one of the mental health coaches on the company provided WellnessCoach helpful in figuring out a way to cope during this time.
I took the survey and I was brutally honest. I do not care if the survey is anonymous or not. I used to love my job when I worked for Ansys but now I dread clocking in every day.
