I'm a sprint call center employee and was just given word that my call center's being closed.

They're closing our doors as well ...April 29th in Hampton VA ... I feel sorry for the customers!! Most were already hanging by a thread...and we were fighting to save them!!! #TRAGIC
Sprint Call Centers are bad places to work for - any small mistake and they will fire you. I was let go from Sprint in 2012 for basically no reason and I know at least two other people who have been let go for pretty much no reason... They pay hourly, and the pay is not bad if compared to other call centers but there will be so much drama that you will hate it. Now they have layoffs, my ex-girfliend posted a status update an hour ago saying that she'll be leaving the center
How about Blountville
This is what I heard: Orlando, FL, Sacramento, CA, Rio Rancho, NM and Temple, Texas - there is a claim about Bristol, VA as well
@uld so far we know that Bristol and Temple are affected
Bristol closed, which other centers are shutting down?
It's my understanding they will not be touching #Retail - can someone confirm?
Retail is also getting hit, had a coworker get laid off today. He was a technician.
Six call centers, 2000 employees. But it was OK for the higher ups to spend $600k on one special office for "snacks" (it wasn't snacks).
Yup yall must be in Temple lol unless another site was closed too.
yep yep! Got the call not too long ago :]]]
