Is there any location doing well with the new SAP system? Or was this idea a bust like the Blue Cloud disaster. Seems like it takes forever to do anything and with less people good luck makes som long days and perturbed customers

Depends on how your building does operationally. Also depends on the role your in. Warehouse has seemed to get the biggest change in work load as well as who ever does your money.
If you are a 48 hour building and liked to loe/submit orders right against cut off you should curve that now. Hot shots are now limited to 10 per day and are alot more complicated. CGO feeds can be spotty but they are working on it.
All in all the short cuts you use precut off will be gone after. Cut off the loe order changes, dropping orders without a check, posting orders close to cut off, drivers voiding orders, etc you'll be fine.
And supporting it is terrible.
