Can anyone tell me when the new Enovation Selling Program takes affect, will the “ Style Merchandise Execution Manager “ have to sell too?

The Innovation Selling Program includes a new dress code and a different way to merchandise. Is there anything else?

The company already send a memo to all the stores about the new dress code for the Innovation Selling Program.
How does this effect the merchandising captain?
If the employees thinks that the work load is going to be easy, they are going to get a rude awakening. Be ready for this coming June.
Customers need to adapt the new culture of Macy's too. That's why we have cashiers to ring them up at the central checkout stations. Selling Support Merchandisers are there to do recovery, markdowns, cleaning, and stocking up merchandise when there's truck. Every time when a selling support merchandiser come to work you are assign to a different department each day. One day you are at men's department and the next day at home department and the third day maybe ready to wear or backstage, shoes, hangbags, and children department. Everyday it's a different department when you show up to work. That's how the Innovation Selling Program works. Our store is part of this program since last year 2021.
Everyone should be helping Customers including ringing them up if now one is available. Don't you do that now?
