I wonder why?!? All VPs are in discussions in Houston and the directors are planning on going to Houston next for these “discussions”.
So stupid! Planning on how to f* over us employees in Q4

Well this was spot on, many suspected it would be!
The company is not going private
The major holders will not have JB resign. That will not happen.
@2ukh+1oJQwSgL, where is Crown going to get the money for the stock buy back?
What happens to our stock if we go private?
You can expect shareholders to ask for new leadership, i.e. the resignation of Jay Brown by end of Q4. The company being taken private is a real possibility.
Hope everyone updated their resumes and have already started applying. I’ll be volunteering this upcoming round. Looking forward to it this time.
I remember Jay making the rounds in 15/16 saying debt is good. It increases our enterprise value and we really need never pay it off. All of our directors drinking the cool aide and how "brilliant" he was. Um, interest rates. Um, yes you do have to pay it down. Um, how incredibly short sighted. Where's the enterprise value now? The only thing helping that is no cash on hand. So now no cash to grow. Ya brilliant.
I'm a network director and the meeting in a few weeks is how to turn the lack of growth around.
The VP meeting will cover next round layoffs. They are going to discuss the next round selection and how to improve revenue since they are not meeting their 3rd quarter expectations. 4th quarter is expecting even slower growth. They will be reporting a loss and are trying to get ahead of it to save the stock price. They are happy to pay lower dividends due to lower price, but it hits the bottom line really hard and drives the value down while lowering cash flow.
The company is in debt, and a lot of it. B of A lowered CCIs rating which caused bank funding to nearly dry up for projects. This has caused a huge dilemma with making the 20k small cell goal. They're still trying to deploy the original 10k. Last report was we made just past 8k small cell deployments (CCI had a lot of contracted sites, but can't get them deployed). A lot of Supply chain issues are occurring because we can't pay the vendors. Not good.
Network Directors will be there in two weeks. They probably taking them house hunting in Houston.
“Next” doesn’t necessarily mean next week. It means that they are meeting “next”.
I am a director. There are no Director meetings in Houston next week. Not sure where you are getting you”re informacion.
