Depends on the group you're in. But remember, Lumen said it needs to save 1 BILLION dollars by 2026. Easiest way to get most of that is though shedding salaries.

You watch for SEC filings.
- 8 million shares which she acquired at 1 or 2 dollars is way more than a fancy house.
She has zero idea or connection to the people who work hard to keep the lights on in this place. All she has brought to Lumen is fancy slogans like lumen humans, and her connections from Microsoft.

They will never dump their Legacy Products as long as it makes them $$$. However, they will dump the team, technician, education, support, tools that are required to support the relic products.
Given the middle layer of mgmt is all Level3, anything Green will be spat upon and deliberately starved.
