Any managers willing to share what the minimum RSU amount per grade level is? I know when giving out stock each grade level has a minimum amount they have to get and if a manager can't allocate that amount then that employee is screwed. What are the amounts per grade level?

Came in through an acquisition as a G8 (got screwed by previous company mgmt and it carried over).
You got screwed by 2 out of 2 companies. Hmmm.
Was at Cisco for four years, never got a single RSU.
See post @2tgd+1oSLt4Np further down. RSUs are for senior grade levels at Cisco.
You TC goes significantly up with reaching G10.

There is no minimum. There’s guidance but you don’t have to follow it.
Can any manager share RSUs and grade levels for sales positions AM, SE, PSS, TSA??
Promotions and RSUs fall on the same month, e.g. the coming promotions take effect on November 1st and RSUs are typically granted mid-November to early December. What is my target? The one from my old grade-level or the one for my new grade-level?

You could have either posted the URL or copy/paste the complete content (min, max and not only target). I feel like I interact with TAC :-/
Targets in SJC for grade 8,10,11 is 55k,70k,85k
Target non bay grade 8,10,11 is 30k,40,55k
Ha, it's virtually impossible to get RSUs at grade 8, isn't it? At least, I started to get RSUs at grade 10 and above.
SJC Grade 12 Dev Engineering
Min 30k Target 100k, Max 150k
NonBay Grade 12
Min 20k Target 60k Max 90k
This is why you want to strive for a company that'll pay you based on contribution, not where you live.
Just to be clear that for one or more folks to meet the "target" RSUs assuming that the % of people will get RSU are smaller and some will be lower than targets. The budget was never to be able support more folks to get targets. In terms of "minimum" - it is 0 - aka your manager chose to not give you, but if he/she decided to give you, then the minimum amount would kick in.

Minimum you can award someone is 4500 but there are guidelines in maximums.
No the OP is right each grade level has a minimum amount of stock they are to be awarded if a manager decides to grant a employee stock. I've heard this as well during my time at Cisco from past leaders. But don't know the amounts as that is confidential unless you're a people leader.
a minimum amount they have to get
Lol.
There are no minimums other than 0
