The EBIT didn't go up 200% in one year like management ordered.

This must be the fault of the employees.

Management did their part by ordering it.

As an outsider, I can give you GM folks a word of advice: do NOT let your company go full woke. It will destroy you. See whats happening at Ford and to a lesser degree Stellantis??

Thats you if you let mary go woke.

"Why is this company sinking?"

You spelled 'stinking' wrong.

Socialist company which relies on government handouts and intense lobbying.

I've turned down plenty of interviews at GM. I don't like working with narcissists who think everybody is jealous of them.

Sinking, ha! GM is doing incredible. Our bonus is going to be huge for at least the next 10 years.

Poor culture, mediocre management, lousy products, bad decisions, low pay, toxic teams, workforce harassment and bullying, racism. Consequently, there is not an incentive for the best and brightest to perform and they leave. It’s easy to find another higher paying employer who is better on all the factors important to motivated and engaged employees. I am glad GM is my past and I am extremely fortunate to be in a much better place now. Stick your head out miserable employees, you’ll find a way out of that h-lol!

Out-of-touch executives that think this is still 1962 GM, underpaid employees, competition that listens to their customers.
