Should be a fun next few months. They'll start with the LR and then follow that up with re-releasing the worst comp plan the company's ever seen in second half!

The real issue with iACV when it went live is no one could make rhyme or reason of the number the AM was given. On my team one AM might get a 4M number another 6M and another 2M and then mine was 5M. It wasn't based on actual renewals but rather some made up ML/AI cr-p that didn't reflect what was real. When not a single AM in a region makes their number and only 2 in an operation you know the number is way off.
iACV was the right thing to do if you want Cisco to be a SW business. The field couldn't take the accountability, though.
Shame.
@2qgy+1jLXqjgL because it hasn’t been communicated by management.
Didn’t you sales folks get paid out 100% for the 2nd half of FY22 regardless if you hit your number because Maria could get reporting right to pay out? Yea, a comp plan that works is gonna suck when you have to be accountable. Get out now, the gravy train is going to stop after Dec.
iACV
It's Actually Chuck Vaporware
I don't think the sales organization has fully realized what transformation that's ahead of them
If you suck at your job then iACV comp should be a concern

What comp plan is this?
It’s clear that everyone should be looking for a new job now. Even the ones that don’t get cut.
