Am I a bad person to want to cut all ties with Gainwell as quick as possible? That includes all possible future interactions with my current supervisors/managers. If I never had to interact with them again, I would not be heartbroken.

I worked for Gainwell for three and a half years. I worked in multiple departments and accounts. I can honestly say this company is dishonest. They operate an unethical business. It is such an illegal operation.

Any reasonable person should be able to see what’s going on. Employees that stay working for Gainwell have to be desperate or they are not good people to be associated with.

It’s flat out theft from the states.

Because I can't work anywhere else, I don't know what I am doing

I really don’t understand. Why is anyone willingly choosing to work for Gainwell Technologies?

January 6 can not get here soon enough. I'm waiting to celebrate the New Years holiday on that day.

As someone who has worked for other companies other than Gainwell/DXC/HPE. and therefore have a decent understanding of the right and wrong way of doing things. I will making every effort to distance myself from Gainwell and the holdovers after Jan 6th.

Based off statements and questions that I've heard. Whether it be in private conversations or in one of the recent HR bridges. I believe we are going to see an exodus of individuals attempting to distant themselves from any Gainwell after Jan 6th. Particularly individuals that have worked for other companies and not merely been with Gainwell, now or in a previous form, in the entirety of their career.

For those who have been with Gainwell, DXC, HPE, etc for their entire career, it's going to be a sink or swim moment, and hopefully a blast of reality, as well are an end to their reign of tyranny

No they won’t.

This investigation will make sure of that.

Not only the smell of desperation. But also an attempt to keep themselves relevant and maintain control. Gainwell in one of it's many phases of existence (HPE, DXC, etc) is the only company many people have ever known. They will continue to su-k the energy, skills and talent of others to stay afloat

Now they want to act like an I.T. organization.

Things that you would normally see or do at any other company that couldn't be bothered with at Gainwell. But now with the shift over to NTT, managers want to ride in on their white horses and start making course corrections. As if doing the right thing was their idea all along. I smell desperation.

The Peter Principle is alive and flourishing at Gainwell. There are so many holdovers from other old companies who run various systems in various states battling each other at the VP/Director/Principal level, it's really pathetic. Also, many of the state accounts are on go to green plans. All this time, Veritas is bringing in senior execs from Accenture to prop up areas due to incumbent incompetence. I don't see h op w this comes out well for the employees who actually do their work in good faith. Very sad.

DW is the type of person that would get you ki-led in military combat or while upholding the law in public. I've been on bridge calls, where her and a certain other manager, JR have engaged in a battle of who could talk over or louder than the other. A battle of egos.

I've heard many others state they would go to great lengths not to have her engaged or included in calls not because she provides solutions and direction. But because of being so obnoxious and egocentric.

Gainwell has a sickness that is allowed to grow due to individuals like DW. For those moving over to NTT. We simply do not want that sickness or the root cause of it, to follow us over.

Was told by my manager moving to NTT was just a rebate and that everyone was going over there. But reading these comments it sounds like that's not the case. So are they picking and choosing who goes and who gets let go. Wonder if it's going to like previous outsourced where you are guart a job for 365 days and then at 366 you are told see ya.

They're blaming a certain individual that made it a cringe effect to go to work everyday. They're blaming an individual that railroads those who aren't her pets.
They're blaming the right individual and upset that she's moving over to NTT and going to ruin it for the rest
People can speak their mind and if you don't like it. Go elsewhere. You might have some measure of control and power at Gainwell. But here , you're nothing.

When the investigation mentioned in another thread on here takes place Gainwell is going to go down in a ball of flames.

Everyone should probably be paying attention to that.

You might want to start planning for your future.

Wow. I get people are upset about certain things and jobs moving to NTT but holy cow. These comments about a certain someone are completely unprofessional and have nothing to do with layoffs. Just a bunch of whiny id--ts who will blame one person for all their shortcomings. Good luck at NTT!

That's why Gainwell can't get out of its own way. They keep cr*ppy leaders around who see it as a mandate to double down on their nonsense. Totally demotivating.
