Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Survey; Rate DXC as an employer with a simple reply and #.

I thought it would interesting if we could get over 500 replies to this survey. Just rate DXC as an employer on a scale of 1- 10 ( 1 is worst; 10 is best). Let’s see if we can get over 500 replies. We can share the volume of responses with others since DXC does not share their survey data about employee satisfaction.

Worked at CSC/DXC for 15 years. It got worse with each passing year. The first year I was with DXC, I would have rated it a solid 6. By the time I left, it was unquestionably a 1.

Small # of replies vs. views thus far.

This is a good idea by the poster but don’t understand why those who view these posts don’t take a 5 seconds to rate DXC.

My rating is a 1 ; bad company.

If you are looking to make a difference, reply with your rating since there is truth in volume/stats.

Who knows; maybe someone will take notice from within DXC or the investors or some social media process where the volume and stats of this survey gets attention.

Sampling staff from "DXC layoff" isn't going to be a positive skew is it? Perhaps 'fun', but probably not 'interesting' other than how far down the negative X-axis can this plot go. :-)

0 - I can justify this number as well.

  • if you are an employee of DXC ( CSC) , then you are aware the various reasons for this grade. From no raises to having to use your own devices to perform work . No real company works in this manner.

I may as well go into business myself ( because that is how it felt) and undercut DXC out of their contracts - they taught me how to do it .

A lesser number than 0 is not possible , but if it were , they would own that as well.

Shame on DXC - utter and complete Shame on you .
