This woman is at the epicenter of everything that is wrong with Cisco. The fact the the board and ELT doesn’t see this speaks volumes. Glad I took control of my career and left. There are absolutely bright spots in Cisco but FK is not one of them.

Fran's manipulation of Chuck's hiring decisions for the ELT has ensured that candidates' check boxes are significantly more important than their actual abilities.

I can't recall one single solid hire that Chuck has made since he became CEO. Of course, he and Fran have been raking in massive compensation for a decade as they've stood by and watched Cisco's business decline year-after-year.

The whole conversation came off as "the strategy is good, you just need to execute". In other words, it's not the ELT's fault. Total garbage. MM has been the biggest failure to date but they keep the hack around for checking boxes I guess. cisco=3com=DEC=ODS. Fading into irrelevancy while everyone watches the stumbling goons at the top get rich.

Katsoudas, Centoni, Martinez are beyond incompetent. They wouldn't cut it as a junior manager anywhere else. Centoni burnt hundreds of millions in useless acquisitions. No strategy, just random purchases. Martinez and her crew destroyed CX. Katsoudas is so fake I wouldn't be surprised she's a villain in Scooby Doo.

The ELT is definitely bad, but this mess is 100% Maria Martinez; when will Sales wake up to her atrocious leadership? No one can stand her for the years she has been here except for those she's brought in for high salaries or promoted, like Alistair Wildman (biggest ash kisser). Worst leadership Cisco's ever had.
