Total miss. Let’s just spend money on stuff that doesn’t matter.

We can’t even get repairs or services installed. customers don’t even take our calls anymore or want to buy more services from company that doesn’t help them.

It was a de-h spiral the very second Centurylink took in Level-3 and all the debt from it's failures. KJ and DTL was just a chapter in that book. They had already fired all the good people. And now all that's left are the Level-3 people who have no clue on how to run things. There is no panic mode as you say, KJ and the Board simply calls it the "exit strategy". Stock is taking a decent bounce up though. To the moon the stock price will go.

They have 6,000 employees in India last time I heard.

Lumen SLT is dillusional they think that AI can do everything and replace people in the process. It can do some things but not a magical solution. Plus they first tried with their $10 an hour developers in India and it was comical to get them to develop anything.

They are spending money on consultents for futher automation. The automation that already doesn't work . Consultants are deciding our business processes. They are looking for almost full automation. Its failing so bad and they all argue.

The change in requirements because people have concerns about being on camera is interesting to me. These days, most if not all, Lumen jobs require videos as part of the application process. These people would not make it through today application process. They wouldn’t get past the initial hiring requirement.
There is a lot that doesn’t make sense anymore.

They keep changing processes and customers tickets are getting rescheduled so much no one can keep track. They keep ja--ing company processes around making way for more automation. No one knows whats going on and i learned your an azz if you ask questions. Who the f is making these decisions
