Mutual company being run like leaderships personal bank. Unethical much? SF policyholders would like to know what leadership does to command such high salaries...

@2msx+1gunNf8v- you talk tough like the morbidly obese (they say) orange guy. Like him, you never had a fist fight in your life.

First union rule, no personal internet access or cell phones allowed, that alone should increase productivity by 35%. What a bunch of tards.

UFCW seems appropriate, you will all be wearing paper hats and polyester uniforms with your name on the chest like most of the meat processors and fast food joints.

Union? How about the carnage caused by the irrational diversity, inclusion, equity officers & policies? What I've witnessed, is the best people leave the farm for opportunities that match their abilities. This company has more than its share of inept TMs b/c of trying to meet irrational diversity quotas. As long as the company keeps embracing left wing, destructive policies, that drive people out of the company, nothing will change. Update your resume, and find a more suitable work environment. I did, it just takes a little effort, you can do it.

@2lgd....Sure. A secret push that you're blathering about on an internet chat forum. And already planning the timing of your strike, way before even considering a vote to unionize. Yup, you clearly have it all under control.

Meeting with UFCW union rep next week to discuss how to formally proceed with union. Continue secret push within labor ranks to hopefully lead to union vote. Majority rules...don't need 100% to move forward. Likely strike soon in coordination with 60 minutes story documenting SF abuse...stay tuned

You people are all talk and no action. We all know you are too lazy to put in the work to organize. Instead you expect others to do it for you. Even if you did get off your lazy duffs and attempt to organize I would crush you in a New York minute.
