6B - $100K/yr - 5.5 years GM/ 10 years Delphi prior

7a 128k 11 years experience
I was paid $132k as 7B, 20 years prior experience - GM Finance. I am glad I left GM as I was not only underpaid but also undervalued.
8A-158k/year, 20 years of experience
7b -- 125k -- 10 years experience from other OEM
7c - 95k- GBS
@2mdg+1jIKMKQB No it doesn't add $30k because you're still forced to buy/lease another GM vehicle. Secondly, who spends $2,500/month on car payments? The company car idea is a gimmick and the company would be better off if simply paid L8+ employees more.
8/9 levels have car benefit - that adds 30k to pay :)

5A- 87K/yr, 1.5 years of service, DBTT
8C 134k 4 years GM 7 years at ford prior.
7B - $110k - Just over 5 years in GMIT
7a--$126/yr--14 years service. Came from another OEM.
7a -- $119k/yr -- 37 years service
9b -- $173k/yr -- 21 years service
