That one UP Kool Aid sipping manager always gets his down vote in. I love it.

We would operate at the same pace even if we cut managers by 50 percent. That's how little they actually accomplish.

You should be thankful for the bonus and 2% raise you did get.

Funny how the managers didn’t worry about raises and bonuses when agreement employees had to go over 3 years without a raise, and we only just got our first $1,000 bonus payment in December.

Agreement people are getting furloughed and this dude is worried his 2% raise isn’t enough.

Your guarantee is incorrect. I’m certain you got more than 2%.

@2kqt Don’t worry, their raises are more than agreements, I can guarantee that.

Most managers will struggle to get half of the 24% raise the workers got with their last contract. (Execs on the other hand.)

This is true, but it’s old news.

All there doing now is releasing equipment 3/4 broken had a sd70 ace grounded motor which cuts out the whole truck released it with 4,5,6 motors only waterpumps leaking , load pot issues, releasing dfederal defects service track being told no shopping units unless absolutely broke even then they release them broke equipment running means less dwell time and more importantly means less money on repairs and less cost on maintenance and Less man hours all you people who are contributing to this are sc--wing jobs

Imagine getting a bonus just for approving payroll and hours of service.

30% cut from $10,000 is $7,000. Still a lot more than the $1,000 before taxes I get at the end of the year, if I’m even allowed to make it to the end of the year.
