Accenture Annual Performance Review Bot -TBU

Accenture annual performance review bot is ready for managers to provide feedback and remove low performers from both AIG and corebridge. Going to be real fun as it will allow Accenture identify new business opportunities with both these companies.

Some of you bring so much false drama to this forum.

All employees run a high risk of layoff here and have for many years.

Good people get caught up in RIF's and some lazy people coast. Same as with almost any company.

None of this is new or different.

The risk to an individual employee is the same regardless.

If you can tolerate the risk then ride it out or if not makes sense to start looking elsewhere.

A bot doesn't increase the risk or change the impact.

I know a Level 25 (or higher) who typically only works a 5.5 - 6 hour day. It's been like that for years. The Accenture bot never got him.

@2kf+1jmse2ta2 - Both are compliments of each other. Same sh-t. In one Management from yesteryear makes decisions (AIG). In the other ex-MetLife management makes decisions (Corebridge). Is the Corebridge senior leaders aware of this ongoing drama or they are worried more MetLife crew could take over their roles.

Post ID: @2m7+1jmse2ta2- the beauty of bots is you can rule control it like a slave a.k.a co-pilot (prestigious term). The management can sc--w the bot to their advantage and in turn sc--w the low level employees. This is precision sc--wing of the employee vs manual sc--wing. Anyways you are SC--WED.

So what?

Layoffs have been almost continuous for over a decade.

Accenture goes after any function available and schemes for those that aren't.

Who cares if a bot or a person makes a list?

Nothing is new.

@2kf+1jmse2ta2 sir, this is AIG. Corebridge is in a different board.

It's sad to see the elderly go like this...

Post ID: @2j0+1jmse2ta2 - most of your managers are from MetLife. They are very close to the ex metlife top management which runs this organization. So they don’t care as their as--s are protected by this top management person. So nothing can be done. If you are in corebridge for a long time you should realize you are at a disadvantage and should pack your stuff and run from this place. Nobody is going to protect you. You have to save your a-s. MetLife is everywhere watchin corebridge long time as--s.

They should audit how long the employee's status light is yellow or white, versus green.
My manager routinely cuts out of the office early after lunch, drives home, logs in, immediately times out to yellow status, and never turns back to green status all night.
He leaves his computer logged into Teams overnight to appear to be working, but it is always yellow status.

And track whether logged into Teams via mobile phone versus desktop. My manager sometimes looks green, but if you call him, he is out in auto shop, doctors appointment, kids school, driving to vacation etc.

And also verify if days reflecting minimal work activity were submitted for approved PTO. My manager stops working extra days before/after the actual approved PTO days, to start driving to/from the vacation hotel. He just logs into Teams on his mobile phone to make it look like he is still working. GPS tracking would help.

He does not always submit sick days for approved PTO either.

"Accenture" and "successful" in the same sentence is a joke.

Accenture has been very highly successful to capture all the employees who will be laid off. They have categorized into different groups based on ethinicity, age, no of years in the company, they are not former met life etc. This will give executive rights to management to decide how, why and when to let go employees. Best use of AI to make decisions.

Lol, Accenture has tons of useless workers who can't get the most basic concepts, what are they going to know about optimization? They just gather the scraps that no other company would hire.

Accenture is a gift to both these companies. They have been able to optimize by helping find useless employees getting them laid off and have increased share holder value. This has helped keep both the company safe from active investors. Accenture you guys rock along with our MetLife management that has moved to both these companies.

Accenture is the biggest mistake ever made by AIG. Outsourcing provides horrible service to employees and impacts productivity in the worst way.

Yes, it was and yes it is.

Considering the performance review cycle completes in December and January they are getting a really early start.

Probably is something very stupid like how many strokes on the keyboard were recorderd or how many emails you sent. They have no idea on how to measure the accomplishment of people and that's clearly showed by how stupid and generic their goals are. Those goals can't be measured in most cases, and that's strange considering that we basically work with numbers and many things we do should be possible to be measured. Many new competitors are expanding worldwide lately and UW market is turning soft again, I wonder how AIG will remain in business with this level of efficiency

This sounds scary and makes sense. MetLife former employees will be very happy as they will get a chance to bring in their laid off friends from MetLife and get referral bonus.
