I worked at several companies before I came to GF, but this one is definitely the champion when it comes to misleading employees. That's my opinion. I think almost everyone can give an example of when they felt the most mislead here?

I want to hear more about the cover ups and hush money!
@2jsl FYI, the info they distributed and the LMS training made it clear what to expect w/r/t taxes
Corruption at its finest
Let's start with one of the more recent ones.
Stocks. Hey everyone we are giving you 50 free shares to enroll now but we will be taking 21 of them to pay our taxes.
After capital gains tax if sold I just made 2$/a day to hold on to them.
How about the rating system?
Everyone knows it is a bell curve rating and only x amount of employees can be promoted or even put in as exceptional.
And that every module has to find a % of low and high performers.
Year after year the "favorites" are the ones to be promoted.
Engineers not held to same standards as the shift teams.
Grievances not addressed or investigated fully.
Managers that consistently score low on glint surveys or lose entire teams have continued to manage people and cause further chaos.
A tech company that has really bad tech. We see you Microsoft. At least this time the ceo didnt get kick back to switch. That move was probably the biggest failure so far this year. The cost savings is not even close to what it has cost teams in lost/missed chats and system downtime.
Returning employees. HR gets promoted upon return. I have seen techs leave and desire come back with no change in status all in the name of some policy HR breaks.
GLOBALFOUNDRIES is worse company I have ever worked for
At least hr is trying
This is a classic HR question, isn't it? Seems like half the posts on this site are HR trying to figure out what they're doing wrong.
