2022 Strikes

What is the sentiment INSIDE the company regarding the upcoming strike season? Are they training/preparing now? I know XOM was trying to break the union in Texas; is this expected everywhere in 2022?

Not a bot.
I have some friends that are locked out of an Exxon plant in SE Texas. If I remember correctly, at the last contract the union chose a few plants to strike it. Do union workers had to send money in to help support their brothers. I can only assume that wood starts in the south will spread to the rest of the plants throughout the nation.
