Any chance layoffs could be last week of September?

Thoughts?

@2ien+1oLa07Wp Please don’t use the word logic! There is none left. It’s just pure madness.

Why mid october and not week of Oct 2? Seems like they'll need time between now and RTO to figure out placements of desk assignments. Every one seems to think they wanted to lay off as close to EOY as possible with 60 day window, but I still think it would be better to cushion the holidays a little too. Just wondering what the logic to week of 10/17 is.

Like all other posts have said…. Most likely early (maybe mid) October.

Next client conversion happens early November, and while client facing employees probably won’t be impacted, still want to make sure the dust has settled before a public event.

Next engagement survey is happening October/November (according to a knowledge article, removed any specific dates because of all this). So they won’t want to do it before and have thousands of angry employees voicing it. Better to wait and do it with who is left because they’ll be “grateful”… not like these surveys are a good gauge anyways

Just get ready because the final stretch before the RTO nightmare ain’t gonna be Good

Probability for this coming week is low. The most likely timeline is mid October, starting October 17. This is the week before IMPACT, which starts on 10/24. We got about three more weeks. There is the possibility this could be the second week of October as well, but mid October seems to be the target, from the different sources chiming in.

Im praying it’s next week. I really want to resign but not doing it until layoffs are done. No sense leaving money on the table if my role is impacted. I doubt it may be because we are busy and short staffed but you never know. I’m a 57 with a 59 salary because I stepped down from people leader role, so I’m hopeful.
