Rarely anyone who can get a higher pay elsewhere will decide to stay here. But it's not just pay, it's also the feeling of being more valued which they can only get somewhere else. SF does nothing to keep capable people. Absolutely nothing.

@9vop+1fYEzEcB- Complain to your fearless leader Tippy. He makes all the decisions and few of those great easy analyst jobs are given to blah people. Blah people are steered into those stressful dead end claims job. Claim TM or SM isn't much better based on the number of them dropping like flies.

They need to offer real health care. The State Farm plan with the $2500/$5000 ded is a total waste. Why even have health care. As to merit increases, 1-3% is a joke with inflation at 6-7%. The anti-white woke nonsense is not helpful and creates as hostile atmosphere. Our new woke VP came close to admitting to quotas.
It is true, the people that believe in themselves and can do better, have already left the company.
Thank Robert Yi for this
@2gml-hahahahah, thanks for confirming my comment. How is your moral today? Hahahahah….
@2hfa typical SF! As I would say: Pick sh*t with the chickens.
LOL, LOL, LOL,LOL, LOL, @1yib is so slow he doesn’t know the difference between moral and morale😂 How is it possible he is still employed?
''To be fair, the company is offering new hire bonuses of $2000 and $1500 for retention bonuses in claims. This doesn’t address the issues in claims, but it does show leadership understands there are issues. Claims leadership is always so behind on staffing and moral issues.'' LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL
I can tell people are paid to push buttons to cancel truth.
They want to hire more for less so they can do the same thing to who they hire. They sure didn't get rich by keeping promises. Turn and burn. What is the average lifespan of a retired adjuster? What is the average length of employment of an adjuster? Ask them to come clean on how great the career is. Remember, they sure didn't get those record numbers by being the good neighbor. Bottom line if you work there: use your ears and your brain, it will be crystal clear what is their narrative.
They want and hire d-mb puppets in most every systems area and marketing. Call them leaders. And do little of nothing for huge paychecks. You are slaves to them
Relax ya’ll are soon getting a ribbon and a participation trophy. Then you will feel fine.
don't know about you, but I love State Farm
The chickens will always come home to roost. Karma is and always will be. How do you like the real Disneyland leadership you have? Now you know what the real Mickey Mao is like.
"We have hired 4000 people the first quarter and targeted to hire another 4000-5000+ people this year. Almost 10K people in 1 year! It will be the most ever hired in 1 year at State Farm. Let that sink in....that is a 20% increase in the work force. That shows you how much you have been getting bent over by State Farm. They have to keep you a slave to the machine in the hubs! Can't have you getting too comfortable in an affordable location, with no traffic, and higher standard of living now can they? Thats Tipsy's hands you feel on your shoulders!" If you need 5K, you hire 10K and half quit within the first year or so! It's going to get worse.....then get even worse! Training???? Badges...We don't need no stinking badges!!! Vamanos!

Hey now, they send out generic emails en mass to everyone to let them know just how much, whoever is sending them, cares.
They do surveys for feedback, which have resulted in....emails that tell us the company cares I think. maybe maternity leave was padded from that too.
They got rid of the absolutely soulless and cruel point system that saw people getting fired for having actual emergencies when your boss can miss a day because their dog tosses in the morning.
But no, nothing to actually address the crippling turnover, unhappy over worked and under paid workforce, or the working conditions that lead to an unhappy workforce. There isnt a metric for this, therefore, it does not exist. see how easy that was? Problem fixed as it doesnt exist.
