No way a union happens. That is a big no no with Shapiro and company. They shut down an entire center in California and quit employing those residing in California because of full efforts to get a union going. Management and department heads are to squash unionization or any chatter of unions straight up and with no exception. Union talk means immediate discipline and likely terminations. I wouldn't be against a union but it is never going to happen at this company. The older employees are scared of a union and the newer employees are too lazy collectively to put in the work and effort to unionize a company of this level.
Yup. And maybe explain what this means for the slow ones in the back that’s don don’t understand what a Union is. I don’t work for Allstate but I’m in the industry at a competitor and adjusters need unions across the board. This is true bs.

I couldn’t agree more ! I’ve been in this industry for over 30 years and I will tell you……adjusters especially need to unionize. We can’t negotiate without one. It’s a total autocratic system without one. We need transformation at Allstate. This woke company needs a real wake up call !
