@2fqk+1oIvsvtC Roblox is what they use internally in STS R&D. So either someone from that department did or it is someone who saw Tim's presentation and got really excited.
That must be why that one guy on this board wanted to form a union on Roblox. SMH
They should have added some sort of stock market simulation into the Roblox. Where you can play different mini games to earn coins to put into the stock market then they could have a leader board to show who's the top player that would be good to put on the resume

Well, Tim Heier showed all of us in STS a demo of a Roblox game then he said "metaverse" a bunch of times (Even though Roblox was around long before the metaverse) and showed us how the game had a CS&S career fair. It even let you scan your badge and sit at a desk to sit at a desk to take client phone calls in the virtual world! Something tells me they left out what the phone calls are really like and many of the other details are that make that job so bad.
@1bpn+1oIvsvtC Retention was bad even in 2021 when Schwab was doing well. I shudder to imagine what it is like now.
I may be exposing myself because people can trace the area Time made the comment about but fu-k em. Fire me and make our team leaner than it already is.

I ain't watching that weasel Heier ramble on about how my area isn't "se-y" then say a bunch of stupid buzzwords and think he is a genius because someone created a Roblox game to simulate working in CS&S. He actually thought that would help with retention and recruitment in CS&S. What a fu----g clown.
