if want to tender then tender on 16 Dec. you get full year aws. if you tender on 14 Dec you lose out half a month of pro-ration (11/12* 3* salary). don't know whether 15 Dec is considered full month or not but think so, cos when I joined 10+ years ago they made me joined on a 15 that was just before a public holiday... so that I get half a month more pro-ration that year. that time the sup and mgr so kind.
