If APASM is being eliminated who takes over their people?
AP team lead position coming this year. APASM and ACCM job will be eliminated. Service Managers make TL pay and they will report to GM Coach, as AP TL will report to FE Coach.
If that’s the case who do they have do wicklamder interviews?
Who says two APAs cant replace an APASM? Small stores get by with one APA.

Digital ASM is salaried already they are being classified as Coach due to the fact the company’s direction to online business and they feel that’s the company’s new direction and business model to stay competitive. That’s why bonus are now structured with the first time pick rate, etc my only question with this new restructuring since asset protection is combining with the frontend where does that leave the APASM

Does that mean there will be 2 overnight salaried coaches? If digital also has cap 1 what is new for APASM? Why wouldn't APASM take cap 1 with claims and DSD? Is there a AP, claims and DSD restructure in the near future? Claim supervisor is the only non special division supervisor that works straight days with fixed days off. Any truth to the rumor claims supervisor going to team lead?
Digital coach will also take over Stocking 1. Stocking 1 coach will move overnight unless the store manager elects to keep them on days.
Changing from asm to coach means 55K minimum but probably more involvement with the rest of the store's rotation.
Is the coach position salaried? That’s the answer as to why. Make u work like 60 – 70 hours a week, and yell at you if you don’t work at least 14 hours a day.
