Here's something most don't talk about. Today I went to doctor after lab tests. The usual. The doc came into the room and said he was recently thinking about me because a SF employees relative is going to med school and he had the opportunity to talk with the SF employee. Conversation was NOT good for SF. He asked me what the heck is going on over there. I refused to discuss saying "It's NOT a healthy work environment!"
He reviewed my labs and said: "It's amazing how you have turned around your health since you retired!" I told him....I rest my case. I just hope others make it out of there alive with the focus on metrics and production.
State Farm unfortunately is a silent k–ler to anyone in agency or operations. Don't let them take your health. Money can't buy health nor quality time. Don't let anyone at any level sell you otherwise. They do not own you. Do not let them own you.
