@2dbk+18dYWR5M. A news article is not LIES. IDK what location you are in. A big one? But the neighborhood stores and small volume are NOT GETTING PICKED UP ON A DAILY BASIS! I looked it up online and found the articles and it was even on the news.

There is no issues with Macy’s getting our ups dropped off or picked up. It was never a Macy’s thing it was ups that was backed up. But In our location there was no issue. Stop spreading lies and propaganda
@1kaz Obviously Macy's is not big enough or important enough in some locations to get all their pickups done so they limit them in some locations.
They picked us up twice today, no problems. Also delivered over 200 BOSS each day, 4 days in a row.
Read the article if you’re going to comment. It has nothing to do with Macy’s paying their bill to UPS. The volume that UPS has to deliver this year is maxing out their resources; so they have decided to put limits on larger retailers (not just Macy’s) in order to meet the holiday demand.
too many orders and they are going with the biggest partners... Macys prolly jerking them around on payment... so long macys...! ship has sunk !
Are we paying our UPS bills on time? If UPS services are in a crunch they will support their most profitable partners.
