Midpoint CL salary bands?

Anyone have any insights on what’s the midpoint for each CL?

It’s based on YEE and CL. I have no idea what the salary bands are, I just know that’s the basis. I don’t have any concerns with moving up, so I can ignore it now.

This is EM. Rank & file staff do not know this. All we know is our salary and CL. No bonus. Raises are "salary treatments" and seem to come every 13 of 14 months.

Remember it also includes your age so it’s more of a sliding graph within each quintile group.

You’ve got to ask people who have recently relocated. If it’s the same as when I relocated a few years ago, the lump sum is some multiple of the median salary for your CL. I was kind of shocked they disclosed that was the method.
