"wonder why they waste their time here if they hate it"
Because their lives are stuck in a miserable doom loop.
For the same reason people love drama and actively self-sabotage.
For the same reason people make really bad life decisions and blame everyone else for their failures.
For the same reason people get excited about layoffs until they themselves get tapped on the shoulder. Then it's tragedy.
For the same reason you will see yourself in this description and down-vote this.
Some things are too real and painful to acknowledge but you can't stop yourself, can you?
These trolls are very unhappy people wonder why they waste their time here if they hate it so much?
Yeah, lots of angry trolls lately.
Maybe the people who got laid off a few months ago for poor performance?
Lots of mental health issues.
"No one cares freak show. We're not your friends."
Anyone notice the hostile tone with posters lately?
What's going on?
Always assume goodness.
No one cares freak show. We're not your friends. You want larp as a market analyst because no in your real life wants to talk to you, then I suggest you go hang out with your kind on wallStreetbets.
Do any of you actually work at GM? If you did, you would know that Mary announced LAST YEAR that she wants 50%, yes 50%, of income to come from Non-Vehicle sales. So what does that leave? GM Financial, GM Insurance, and Subscription Services. This past year they have added org after org to support Subscription Services. They were 100% modeling everything after BMW's pay for play model. So if now BMW has shifted (because this was a terrible idea), now GM will also drop this. So where does income come from now?
Ah yes. "The Caddy that zigs"...
Say nice things about the Catera-able.
Opel engineering and gm cost cutting at its finest!!!!
The EU would never allow GM to buy BMW
GM solved this issue decades ago with the "Caddy that Zigs".
GM has owned BMW for years but the Illuminati and Trilateral Commission don't want you to know.
BMW is not a GM brand.
It’s interesting because I’m sure GM thought subscription-based addons like this would drive connected services revenue, and clearly consumers rejected it.
It would be strange if BMW became a part of GM considering there haven't been any stories covering the acquisition. One would've assumed it would be major news. I guess it isn't.
Full re--rd.
So to be clear BMW is NOT a part of General Motors?
The “ Is BMW a part of GM?” is full re-ta-d level trolling. Seriously, get a life.
Is BMW a part of GM? I'm pretty sure it is not.
When did GM acquire BMW?
Thanks, Mary.
We won't talk about anything you don't approve of.
Especially Tesla, or your salary.
GM includes Chevy, Buick, Cadillac, and GMC. It does not include BMW.
Kindly tell the class what makes you a top feeder? “Do not cast your pearls before swine” what are you born in 1932? The words you have spawned from your pie hole make you sound like an arrogant id--t.
Please retire or be in the next round come December.
BMW is a German car company based in Munich. General Motors is an American car company based in Detroit. These are two separate companies.
Sick burn, bruh.
You're missing a lot, troll.
When did BMW become a part of GM? Did I miss the announcement?
Whoever the OP is: Do not cast your pearls before swine.
These people can't see that you are pointing out a trend. Automakers are nickle and diming their customers for access to hardware they already paid for.
"Too long"
"Boring"
You know what's boring?
A whole lot of ignorant, scared bottom feeders with nothing much to offer but criticism and tantrums while trolling this forum. If you are bored or don't have 2nd grade reading skills, move on to something else.
Why is this in the GM forum?
How come you don't complain about all those posts that are as long as novels on random topics?
You may not be aware that GM is planning to increase charging subscriptions to use features of your car.
It's not just OnStar anymore.
BMW was well known for doing this too, and seems to be pulling back.
How GM runs its business is totally relevant.
If you work for HR, you probably want to discourage that, though.
Off topic post. BMW is not GM. This should be removed.
Unfortunately trolls have infiltrated the forum. Don’t feed them.
Low quality, off topic post.
Why is this guy spamming? What happened man? You need someone to talk to?
If GM charges customers a monthly fee to use their car's seat warmers, they'll sell fewer cars, make less money, and need to have more layoffs.
What the fu-k does this have to do with GM layoffs?
There’s a big movement that does not get a lot of press called, “right to repair.”
Big corporations lobby the government to shut down our ability to repair and/or hack our own property. They argue that we don’t own the property they sold us!
I fully advocate hacking and modding anything you own.
If GM locks us out of our own hardware, I say hack it! Or buy something else…
That's crazy to charge extra to use something you already own
Seems like BMW is going in a different direction than GM.
