In Aortic R&D and nothing yet. Haven’t heard of anyone else in R&D getting an invite yet either.

someone in other thread saying aortic clinical impacted today. any others in this BU?
aortic has a pretty small team from what I hear, so maybe it won't be as impacted. but there is also a lot of dead weight that's just been accumulating over the years so maybe the journeymen/women will be the ones getting rif'd
Before you think it's a blood bath and what not, just observe the number of people in your group and the number of projects that are expected to start. If there are indications projects might stall then more RIF can be expected. If not there is not much to reduce. MDT is a not a Meta. They can't fire 10k people or so. My guess is that it will be localized and larger the group more could be the chances.
I heard that the layoffs are not as sever as we're initially expected. I would not take any rumor too seriously. We will find out in the next couple of days.

Is that a guess for aortic? My wife works in there and she's definitely worried. Do you know how bad it's going to be?
