For the comment made by @1zwo+1on0ETEz:

Yes, I can confirm that both of the 2 packages are actually about the same mount paid to you.

I would sign today if offered anything reasonable.

Start interviewing in earnest and you might find another company will offer more than just a one time spot of cash.

I'm assuming that this is for those impacted in late July '23 as the end of the Nov '22 LR. Since I'm not one of the one's impacted and Cisco is being so transparent about the LR details that they're invisible to anyone not impacted instead of clearly communicated to everyone, can someone share the details of what the early exit and standard exit dates are?

If I understood some of what I've read in various places, it doesn't really matter whether or not you take the early exit or the standard exit dates as far as total separation packages go because if you take the early exit, your severance is increased by the amount of time you would have been paid as an employee while taking the standard exit date.

If you don't have health benefits from a spouse's company, or have benefits from a new employer on day one, and elect to use your COBRA benefits, you start paying the full cost of the benefits plus whatever surcharge Cisco is allowed to add (2% I think), then isn't it a better deal to wait until the standard exit date so that Cisco is contributing to your health benefits cost for that extra period?

There is life after Cisco. It is a stress free and more profitable life so do not fret or worry. Many of us have walked the same path so here is some encouragement. You can do this!

Is anyone else waiting for the Standard Exit date? Please upvote if so (or chime in, either one).
