Lumen trains them. Than they find out they can make more money else where
Let them use contractors to build it, contractors always, always, Always do horrible, horrible, horrible work. If they even do it at all in the first place. .. I’ve made a career out of fixing other people mistakes.. and or picking up the slack for their laziness,

Lumen is notorious for fiber going from light-on to light-off, all from shoddy work. Ever wonder if Microsoft demands a high level of SLA? Lumen will ink SLA that they cannot meet. We will continue to see Lumen putting credits on customer bills.

The hiring is for the new Custom Networks org. Engineers, project managers, and management layers. Many of those new jobs are being filled already with internal transfers. There won't be JVRs for represented techs.

The company has done it before, they contract to India and fly them in.
Is that true or are you kidding? They said on the call they needed to hire a lot of people to get the work done.
