its unbelieveable that they were unable to spin out vents and PM. Bob was supposed to go with them if they were independant, so I guess this is him going down with the ship as they get demoted into surgical... Its funny the article doesnt even mention that MDT is giving up on what was supposed to be like an $8Billion dollar deal.
Of all the EVP's Bob was probably the most ethical and human so it's not surprising to see him be the one out the door.
I'm not surprised. Bob W is a way better servant leader than the sellout GE suits.
