The General and the Unions have no choice but to change. Cleaning it all up will be the rabbit be pulled out of the hat effect. Cross your fingers we are in for a bumpy ride.

The company would love to see Schenectady decertify the union. The company might bring another product line back. The union is the reason why the work load isn’t what it use to be.
@OP+1g7LWBel, yep decert the IUE-CWA and bring on the ALU or whom ever. You have no power. Please give GE a reason to shut down Schenectady. The demise of the site is the lack of orders, not GE/Union "inside deals" as some suggest
