Parts is a mess. Long gone are the days where you could order a part and actually get it the next day. Now when you order a part, it processes the next day and then ships out usually on the 3rd day if you're lucky. Everything is on back order..
Management is saying that it is still Issues left over from the pandemic. The lack of truck drivers to to deliver and bring the parts to our suppliers and then to us.
I get emails from the EO desk to ship back a part that I have in my inventory but the minute I send it back I will need it.
Parts is just one of the problems on the Xerox wagon driving into obscurity.......
