Our store maxed out on winning together this quarter. During the quarter ,they eliminated the positions of Plumbing Specialist, Plumbing Pro and Electrical Pro. At the time , we were told we would enter the Winning Together Bonus plan and would be pro-rated on the next bonus period.
Now the Quarter has ended and Winning Together has been paid on the December 4 check. As a former Plumbing Specialist I was paid a little over 100 dollars,less than a part time employee! The former Plumbing and Electrical pros were not pro-rated and received the max payout. Did this happen in other stores??

If you quit before the end of the quarter do you get a prorated bonus
Ya gotta remember that Pros never were Specialists so they are eligible for whatever full timers got. Their bonus structure never changed. Check with other full time associates, I bet you they got the max as well. August and September you would have been eligible for the monthly bonuses, then October would have been the last month of Q3 when you re entered Winning Together.
Yes this happened at my store. An Electrical Pro received 750.00 while I received 83.00. I'm definitely fighting this! Not sure how far it will get me but I gotta try.
@Turtle. You probably stand at the desk looking straight ahead with your thumb up your a** when you don’t have a customer. Customer wants to know where a plunger is and you don’t move, but scream “Code 3 to plumbing!” I have been a specialist in both departments, yet as an Appliance Spec I made two times what you do (when they paid spiffs). Come off your high horse, dnozzle.
It is a 100% relevant. Plumbing Sales Specialists were notorious for cherry picking appliance customers and ignoring plumbing department customers.

Since you mr turtle , are obviously ignorant and know nothing of what I speak., you are irrelevant to the conversation. You do know refrigerators are Not in plumbing, right?
Why was it prorated?
From the read script:
- Same Pay
- Same Schedule
- If you are eligible for bonus, you will receive you "pro" dollar amount for quarters 3 and 4 . After that we will receive the csa bonus dollar amount .
do I beleive they will keep the same schedule in future? NO
And any way they can help you slide out the door and get someone in there for 70% of your wage, they will do it , or part time even
Yes. I received the reduced payment also, although I did achieve a $200 specialist incentive for the two months prior to having my Specialist title removed.
