If this is an applicant who took the time to go behind the back of the hiring manager to an online board to try and eliminate completion - they are the perfect candidate for EM!

I like this. I think I'll take up the cause and start reviewing job openings, forcing the company to either chose the devious, or the incompetent (or both!)
