FLV is still on the payroll and all charges against him dropped. So it appears Ford's strategy pays off, as corrupt as it appears.

You are wrong. FLV is still employed by Ford and will continue leading all activities with Ford Next. The media tried to get a shock value news story at FLV's expense. They tried to ruin him and luckily they failed.
Jeez Louise, why do you have such a ha---n for this. Evidently you're not informed (or don't know where to look), check in IAM, his status (HR Hold) is the same as everyone that got SIRP'd. He doesn't appear in outlook or webex. Fairly sure he's gone. Let it go
Having been a longtime keen observer of Ford execs and JF behavior. FLV will become the scapegoat for as many things as possible and given the boot. There is scrabbling to adjust the designated scapegoats before the September “retirements”. Everybody has got to get their stories straight and the generous exec “retirement” packages have to be approved.
Ford Next are like Hermes purses and FLV is firing up the butane torch. would think JF would make him use a more carbon-neutral method, like maybe an electric arc.
@1ydh+1nYqH359 - he should be fired for his violent as--ult, which he admitted in a voluntary statement to the police. The measure of immorality is the action itself and being able to leverage money & influence to avoid being criminally charged doesn't mitigate it.
@ 1ima Name a single one of FLV’s “successes,” or any “success” of ANYONE in Ford Next. I’ll wait, forever.
I sense there are many people here jealous of FLV's position in the company and all his successes. Not to mention his upper status outside of the workplace.
He wasn't charged, why should he be fired? Give it a rest.
FLV just had his Corvette painted fire-engine red.
@rww I’m pretty sure she thinks she needs at least three new $10,000 handbags.
She likes it. Women love bad boy bullies. Most Ford management fits this.
I wonder what his mistress thinks?
