AIP through Q2?

I know expectations are low for AIP, but what’s the current payout estimate based on performance through Q2?

I thought those numbers are updated quarterly and posted internally for everyone to see.

Thanks for sharing. The results through Q2 looks bad. If this level is beating the analysts EPS estimates, cannot imagine what the AIP would be in Q3 &Q4.

AIP is a wage theft. Same as GESPP.

Yes the 2023 Q1 & Q2 AIP projection data were published in 3M Go.
Summarised the BG & corporate plan here.

HCBG=59.2%
TEBG=72.7%
CBG=81.8%
SIBG=75.7%

Q1'23

After my 2 fat PSD bonuses where they did not include flu 19 effect in their calculations, I knew it was the time to leave. It is only a game do not devote your life to it! Let's play more poker, I cheat and you cheat but the better one wins.

They are! If you search for it on 3M go you will find.
Most of the business group estimates are below 80% payout rates.
