ZGM of Northpac is terrible! Haven’t they learned their lesson of being the worst area? They fired him once and then they decide the second time should be better? Stay in the garbage can Northpac.

Y'all are tripping. Worked for both ZGMs pre covid. Jerry actually tried to help and was the only reason CSAA switched to non-frp billing. Tobias was a sh– leader who enjoyed bullying GMs in front of their AM and BM teams. Don't even get me going on Knudtson. North Pac was a sh– show bc Hertz was a sh– show. Remember the mass firings in South Pac and Arizona?
Compared to the jackass he took over for he is a Superstar!

Does it rraaly matter. You all will be unemployed soon as the company goes under. There will be no transparency and communiction. You will get no notice. You will show up to work one day to shutterred doors and a note on the door
@1xum+19yPimPO if you are truly a GM now and was an AM under the previous loser GM it will not be hard to find out who you are. Not many GM/AM are left that worked under both.
Give the guy a chance, he was let go before he could even get stuff straightened out from the last guy. His intentions are pure contrary to popular belief
I have to say the prior ZGM was the worst. He took over a thriving region and burned it down. The new RVP saw right through his bull sh– and fired him.
I am a GM under him and was an AM under the previous guy. I can verify that both are terrible.
