Thread regarding Schlumberger Ltd. layoffs

Insider share dealings.

Interesting to note that no insiders have bought any SLB shares in the last 12 months although quite few insiders have sold parts of their holdings for $mega. I would have thought that as management keep repeating that 2023 is going to be a bo-m year thy would have held and bought. Surely they have not got their economic forecast hopelessly wrong or is the spectre of the Ukraine/Russian war about to explode on those still dealing with Ruzzia.

Maybe he lives where they try to make objective analysis of situations rather than just looking at everything based on rabid flag-waving ideology.

Or maybe SLB knows the West tends to forget transgressions quickly but Russia remembers long.
So, maybe, regardless of which way the war is decided, it is better to stay on Russia's good side.

Especially when you consider that the West is anti-oil but Russia is pro-oil.
It's not like the green enviro-nuts will start supporting oil companies if they help Ukraine.
